Mes missions :
- gérer les agendas éléctronique des éducateurs spécialisés et du manager
- envoi de courrier, courriel
- répondre au téléphone
- travailler sur des bases de données pour enregistrer les dossier
- taper les rapports et les comptes rendus
- créer les dossier famille à la reception des jugements

Hello! For me everything goes well, my host family is very nice!
In Thanet Home Start, my colleagues make everything I feel good and we understand ^^
My tasks were:
- Sort out file and update archives
-Typed letters and send them
-Typed report
- Prepared presentation's files for the new partners
- Prepared families's files

This week I learned how to use the database of the company. It is a database that includes all the names of the families who are followed by Home-Start and the visit schedule of volunteers who work with them.
I also created a folder to give to children, which is made simple questions about their state of mind, health and how they feel.
I also prepared another "Welcome Pack" to give to families.
I did some research on Internet to find all the children's centers of regions and their address and phone number.
I archive the file closed.
