This week, I called the English Vineyards for confirmation of the information listed,
to send their documentations concerning Oenowood International.
I sorted various documents ( invoices, orders....)
I sent invitations to a conference.

My tasks at Thanet District Council : April Butler
After a week and two days, these are my tasks:
- Opening the mail everyday, stamping it and giving it out to the right people and responding when necessary
- Preparing and sending files down to be scanned and controling the files
- Processing assessment forms for Disabled Facilities Grants
- Processing tenant referral forms, including creating officer worksheets and sending notification letters to landlords, agents and tenants
- Sending tenant referral forms in response to housing complaints
- Filtering and updating the selective licensing enforcement worksheet
- Processing Your Home Your Health forms which includes inputting data and creating worksheets when necessary.

This weekend, we went to visit the city of Canteburry.
This weekend, we went to visit the city of Canteburry.
We took the bus to get there, and then did a lot of shopping and visited the city and the cathedral (we will not return because it was too expensive).

I realized only one mission.
Create a database of vineyards and cellars in England.
To allow contact and may be services by Oenowood.
This database includes more than 100 wineries. ( Translation and redaction...).

BTS AM Stage international 2013: Anicet Marion
Hi France,
This is a week that we are here! For my part I like, sometimes difficult but it's a beautiful experience.
My tasks of my first week:
-Meet all people Volunteer Bureau and some volunteers.
- Go to Cliftonville to promote the association (Here is the week volunteering).
- Preparation of sheets for meetings of people need (example: I went to a meeting that takes place every Wednesday for the elderly, for example, with games) I played with them a quiz and raffle.
- This week was the 25th anniversary of the association I went to a church with those members.
- Finally this week, I went with Katty (person who recruits new volunteers) in a library to promote our association (installation of a stand) recruit volunteers.

- Création de fiches où l'on note les noms des étudiants qui arrivent à l'école pour les placer dans un tableau avec le nom de la famille d'accueil.
- Création de lettres pour les envoyer aux familles d'accueil, avec tous les renseignements de l'étudiant.

First, I present to you our bus ticket to get around Margate. Tickets are valid for one week and they are unlimited.

Secondly, the week went well. My company is Cooke & co. It is located in Cliftonville. My tutor is Damien Cook, head of the company. This week was based on the sign of the observation and discovery of the company.
I visited new apartments with clients, I letting payment receipt, I archived files and keys to the new houses.

Are you okay? Everything happens to me very well here, I am well integrated into my business, my tutor is very nice, it delegates me many tasks.
I create satisfaction surveys for students, I do the design of flyers for the prom the school year will take place on June 28 and that I attend, and I take care of the first day of integration of students in the school for next year.

I hope That every body is so happy as you for their company and host family. Saturday is coming soon, so Take Time to go to london, or Canterbury, have fun. I Will call you on monday for checking everything is ok, for both of you. Very Bests regards

We have all arrived safe and sound and we are all now in our companies and host families.
For the moment I am helping Louise Ritchings, the housing improvement assistant, classifing archives because I haven't got my passwords to help them do anything else. I should be getting them this afternoon and so then I will be able to help Louise with her spreadsheets.
My host family is great and are very kind people, they make me feel right at home which has helped me a lot as I was apprehending this month over in England.
With the other girls and Cedric everything is fine and we are all helping one another to settle down as best as possible.
